A PostNet Retail Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with all store services and products. Operates the point-of-sale system, copiers/printers, rental computers, and other store equipment. Other duties as assigned. May help to train and mentor Customer Service Representatives.

The Ideal Retail Customer Service Representative Candidate Will Have

• Previous customer service or sales experience in a retail environment
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to translate customer requirements into final products or services
• Assist in handling customer complaints and problems professionally
• Multitasking ability to process multiple tasks simultaneously
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Windows OS, and other hardware/software
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Some supervisory skills (preferred)
• Notary Public certification (may be required)

Daily Tasks

• Assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing estimates, and other services
• Assist customers via in person, email, and phone
• Process sales through the point-of-sale system
• Participate in marketing and promotional initiatives
• Open and close the center, manage cash register and systems
• Maintain, order, and stock inventory
• Interact with couriers, vendors, and staff
• Sort and deposit mail, organize Virtual Mail

Role Requirements

• Stand behind a sales counter for extended periods
• Lift at least 50 pounds
• Communicate clearly with customers
• Operate a motor vehicle if required
• Perform duties safely and efficiently
