PostNet Atlanta has 3 locations: #130 at 1700 Northside Dr NW A7, Atlanta, GA 30318; #131 at 285 W. Wieuca Rd NW, Atlanta, GA 30342; #136 at 2090 Dunwoody Club Dr Suite 106, Sandy Springs, GA 30350.

Company Overview

Get the experience of a start-up with the expertise of an established company. PostNet GA131 is a new franchise with the PostNet team, claiming new ground in the Atlanta region. The Customer Service Representative will support the owner and Center team in a key position by having responsibility for assisting customers with all store service and products, operating the point-of-sale system, copiers/printers, rental computers, and other Center equipment, and performing other related duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table
  1. Previous customer service or sales experience in a retail environment
  2. Exceptional customer service skills
  3. Ability to translate customer requirements into final products or services
  4. Assist in handling customer complaints and problems in a professional manner
  5. Multitasking – must have the ability to simultaneously process multiple tasks
  6. Effective verbal and written communication skills
  7. Strong attention to detail
  8. Outstanding time management and organizational skills
  9. High school diploma or equivalent required
  10. A valid driver’s license required
  11. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Windows operating system, and other computer hardware and software
  12. Ability to work flexible hours
  13. Notary Public certification may be required
What We Expect of You
  1. Assists customers with shipping and packaging services, printing estimates/orders, and other services offered by PostNet
  2. Assists customers with their product and service needs in person, through e-mail, and by phone
  3. Learns and operates Center equipment, machinery, and software at an expert level
  4. Assists customers and staff with the operation of in-store printing equipment
  5. Processes customer sales through the point-of-sale system
  6. Up-sells, cross-sells, and actively participates in PostNet marketing and promotional initiatives
  7. Makes and/or schedules deliveries of products to customers
  8. Interacts with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS couriers, other vendors, and all store staff
  9. Sorts and deposits mail in private mailboxes
  10. Captures, completes tasks, and organizes Virtual Mail
  11. Assists customers with fingerprinting/I9 procedures
Physical and Safety Requirements
  1. Must be able to stand behind a sales counter for extended periods
  2. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
  3. Must be able to communicate clearly with customers by email, by phone, and in person
  4. May be required to operate a motor vehicle
