Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience across departments such as Appliances, Hardware, and Tools. You will assist with locating items, stocking shelves, and processing orders, while delivering friendly, professional service throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Preferred bilingual skills and certification in a relevant department

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and select products and services
• Stock replenishment and shelf maintenance
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare merchandise in department per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
