Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to help create an inviting shopping experience in our Daphne store. You will assist with daily store operations, merchandise, and customer support while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

In this role you will handle transactions at the cash register, safeguard company assets, and collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service. A high school diploma and prior retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Basic math for cash handling required.
• Strong integrity and problem-solving abilities.
