Job summary

The Spinx Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly service while maintaining a clean store environment and following company policies and procedures. The CSR will work as part of a team to ensure safety, food quality, and accurate transactions.

Responsibilities include reporting on time, being cross-trained across retail and food service tasks, and upholding high standards of customer care and compliance with age-restricted sales when applicable.

Qualifications

• Language skills: Effectively present information to Customers, Associates and Management. Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and legal documents. Must be able to speak, read and write in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts on time and in proper uniform with a clean, professional appearance.
• All teammates are required to be cross-trained and proficient in performing all retail and food service responsibilities.
• Perform all assigned tasks to keep the work environment safe and report any accidents or hazards.
• Provide all customers with fast, friendly and accurate service and report any customer-related issues to management.
• Maintain an organized work area and clean sales floor and restrooms.
• Protect company assets, including cash and inventory, and follow cash handling policies.
