Job summary

The Spinx Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our store team in a fast-paced environment. The CSR will deliver warm, attentive service, handle financial transactions accurately, and ensure store safety and cleanliness in accordance with company policies.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, maintaining a tidy sales floor, and ensuring compliance with age-restricted sales and safety guidelines while supporting core values and top priorities of the operation.

Qualifications

• The Customer Service Representative must be available to work a variety of shifts including but not limited to nights, weekends and holidays.
• The CSR may and be expected to periodically participate in company sponsored training classes related to his/her job.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts on time and in proper uniform with a clean, professional appearance.
• Provide all customers with fast, friendly and accurate service.
• Agrees to protect the assets of our company, including cash and inventory and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Adhere to age restricted sale policies and verify age with proper ID when required.
