Job summary

The Spinx Company is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who works in a team to deliver outstanding customer service while accurately handling transactions and maintaining welcoming store environments aligned with our policies and core values.

The CSR will follow safety, food service and sanitation standards, protect company assets, ensure age-restricted sales compliance, and support merchandising, pricing and store operations to keep customers satisfied and store operations running

Qualifications

• The CSR must be available to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts on time with a professional appearance.
• Be cross-trained in all retail and food service responsibilities.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report hazards.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers.
• Keep the sales floor clean and organized and maintain restrooms.
• Protect company assets and handle cash following policies.
• Comply with age-restricted sale regulations and verify age with ID.
• Support merchandising, pricing, and store operations as directed.
• Set a positive tone and follow communication guidelines.
