The Spinx Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role you will deliver fast, friendly service, handle cash and transactions accurately, and help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

You will work within store policies and safety standards, assist with food service duties as needed, support teammates, and communicate effectively with customers and management to solve problems and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures in a retail/food service environment.
• Capable of handling cash and making accurate transactions.
