The Spinx Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fast-paced retail and food service environment. You will deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service while maintaining store safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction in line with company policies and core values.

Responsibilities include working varied shifts, cross-training in store operations, cash handling, and adhering to age-restricted sale policies.

Qualifications

• The CSR must be available to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to perform all essential duties and participate in training as needed.

Responsabilités

• Report for scheduled shifts on time with a clean, professional appearance.
• Cross-train in all retail and food service responsibilities to support the team.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report hazards to management.
• Provide fast, friendly and accurate service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Keep a clean, organized workspace and a clean store presentation at all times.
• Monitor age-restricted sales with proper ID as required by policy.
