The Spinx Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our store team. You will deliver fast, friendly service, handle transactions accurately, and help maintain clean, safe work areas in line with store policies and core values.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, following safety procedures, adhering to age verification rules, and supporting teamwork to ensure a positive shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret information.
• Strong English language communication skills (spoken and written).
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts on time and in proper uniform with a professional appearance.
• Cross-train and be proficient in all retail and food service responsibilities associated with the CSR role.
• Provide fast, friendly, accurate service and ensure customers are respected and leave satisfied.
• Protect company assets, including cash and inventory, and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Maintain organized work area and clean facilities, including restrooms.
• Adhere to age-restricted sale policies and verify customer IDs when required.
