Job summary

ALDI USA in Phoenix seeks a store associate to merchandise, stock, cashier, and maintain cleanliness while delivering exceptional customer service.

Full-time position ~30+ hours/week with starting wage of $18.50 per hour and planned increases in subsequent years.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service and follow POS procedures.
• Stock shelves and merchandising per planograms.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and on time.
• Assist management with loss prevention and safety.
• Maintain store cleanliness and operational efficiency.
