Qualifications

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate store equipment (cash registers, floor scrubber, baler, pallet jacks).
• Follow ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively in writing and speech.

Responsibilities

• Model and apply customer service principles and escalate concerns when needed.
• Inform management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Use POS system to scan purchases and report scanning issues.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Open additional check lanes to ensure efficient checkout.
• Stock shelves and display merchandise according to planograms.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Assist management in achieving efficiency and loss goals.
• Follow inventory procedures and general cleaning duties.
