Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store processes.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram compliance.
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery; complete go-back process.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Interact with customers and colleagues in a respectful, positive manner; be a role model.
