Job summary

Michaels Stores in Alpharetta, GA is hiring a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and merchandise recovery to keep the store well merchandised and in stock. The role supports BOPIS/SFS and adherence to SOPs, with opportunities to cross-train in framing services.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and lift/move merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and answer questions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and process payments.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram maintenance.
• Participate in omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Maintain store recovery and inventory accuracy.
• Support safety and SOP compliance.
