Job summary

Michaels is seeking team members for our Snellville, GA store to deliver friendly service and help customers find what they need. You will handle checkout, support store operations, and participate in omnichannel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.

The role emphasizes customer-first interactions, following SOPs, and contributing to a well-merchandised, in-stock environment. Physical requirements include standing, lifting, and moving merchandise as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling
• Engage customers in Rewards program and enrollments
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram duties
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery, go-backs and recovery
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
