Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service, help customers shop, and locate products
• Operate cash register and handle transactions to standards
• Promote and enroll customers in rewards programs and private label credit cards
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and store operations
• Support truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance
• Maintain store recovery, returns, and in-stock levels
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
