Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or related fields is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing and lifting.
• Strong customer service, organizational and communication skills required.
• Proven problem-solving, decision-making and integrity in daily tasks.
• Basic math proficiency for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to front-end duties.
• Support customers and provide a welcoming shopping experience.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register and maintain cash security.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentability, including bathrooms and floors.
• Communicate effectively with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Protect company assets and follow safety and productivity standards.
