Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, merchandising, and customer service at our New Jersey location. You will assist with stocking, cleaning, and front-end duties as needed, while maintaining a welcoming shopping environment.

The role requires strong customer service, reliable teamwork, basic math for cash handling, and the ability to lift light–moderate loads.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in retail, hospitality, grocery or pharmacy is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret store policies and procedures.
• Physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs and be on your feet for long periods is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and merchandising.
• Support cash register and front-end duties as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming store environment for customers and colleagues.
• Handle customer transactions accurately and protect cash and store assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership.
