The role emphasizes safe handling of freight, accurate cash transactions, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment while supporting leaders and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk/climb for extended periods.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.
• High level of integrity required.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely per productivity standards.
• Merchandise and stock shelves as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and associates.
• Handle sales transactions and operating the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
