Job summary

Michaels LA-UPLAND, CA store is hiring team members to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will handle unloading and stocking, participate in planograms, and support store recovery to keep shelves well merchandised and in stock.

Roles include engaging customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and participating in omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS. Must be 16 or older.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Michaels requires all team members in this role to be at least sixteen (16) years or older.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain in-stock store by merchandise recovery and go-backs; support store recovery.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
