Family Dollar is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and help unload merchandise. The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and friendly interactions with customers and colleagues.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail/customer service experience is preferred. Physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods is expected.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Mansioni

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unloading trucks; stock replenishment.
