Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, manage transactions at the register, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience in retail or related fields. You will contribute to a safe, friendly atmosphere and support daily store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail or related service industries preferred.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret documents.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Stock and replenish merchandise; restock restrooms; clean store.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment; interact professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
