Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Service Team Member for our Grandville, MI store. You’ll assist customers, keep shelves stocked, and process fast, friendly checkouts to deliver our Brand Promises.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking, processing returns, and supporting omnichannel services like Buy Online Pickup in Store. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers in finding products.
• Provide fast checkout experience and handle cash accurately.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise, maintain planograms and store recovery.
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS, Ship From Store).
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
• Engage customers with rewards programs and promotions.
