Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a part-time seasonal Service Team Member in Jackson, MI. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure fast checkout experiences.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking, and participating in shelving and planogram maintenance, while supporting omni-channel processes and store recovery to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Unload trucks and stock shelves, assist with planograms (POGs).
• Participate in truck unload, merchandise recovery, and store recovery duties.
• Promote rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll customers.
• Support omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS).
