Dollar Tree Stores in Arlington, TX is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to front-end duties. You’ll be cross-trained to support the cash register and perform front-end tasks as needed, while maintaining a welcoming environment for customers and teammates.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Keeping a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and associates.
• Managing sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
