Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in Jonesboro, GA is hiring a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, merchandising, and customer assistance. You’ll be cross-trained to handle cash register and front-end duties as needed.

We offer a part-time role with an emphasis on a clean, welcoming environment, teamwork with associates and leaders, safety, and friendly customer interactions. Physical duties include lifting and standing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.
• High level of integrity required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting required.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Provide positive, safe interactions with customers and colleagues.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Protect cash and company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
