Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II in Ottawa, Kansas. You will support daily store operations, including merchandising, stocking, and assisting customers at the register in a friendly, efficient manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail/customer service experience preferred.

• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise and process freight safely per productivity standards.
• Merchandise and stock shelves as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, bathrooms, floors, and appearance.
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with customers and team members.
• Handle sales transactions at the cash register and protect company assets.
• Support front-end duties as needed and maintain security of cash.
