Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks in a store environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock as needed to maintain store presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness, including restrooms and store floors.
• Provide friendly interactions with customers and team members.
• Handle sales transactions and operate the cash register.
• Safeguard cash and protect company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
