Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Experience with cash handling and checkout procedures is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and restock merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and support unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
