Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; restock.
• Keep store clean and presentable, including bathrooms.
• Provide a safe, respectful environment; interact with customers and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
