Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will help customers, process transactions, keep shelves stocked, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and physical stamina to lift items and stand for long periods. The position is part-time at our Dudley, MA location, with opportunities to contribute to store operations and customer satisfaction through teamwork and friendly

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous customer service in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operating documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform standing/walking tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Handle sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unloading trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Maintain a positive, safe, respectful environment with customers and colleagues.
• Ensure cleanliness across the store including restrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
