Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions, stock shelves, unload trucks, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

This is a part-time position with opportunities to grow within the company. The role requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, plus the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Able to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Handle sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks, stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Keep store clean, restrooms stocked, floors swept and mopped.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
