Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, restock shelves, unload merchandise, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This part-time role offers growth opportunities and employee benefits.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Mansioni

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
