Job summary

PostNet Denver is seeking a Retail Customer Service Representative to assist customers with store services and products, operate the point-of-sale system, and handle printing, shipping, and related tasks.

The role involves standing at the counter, lifting up to 50 pounds, and offering flexible hours. Notary certification is a plus, with strong emphasis on customer service and sales in a retail setting.

Qualifications

Retail or customer service experience is preferred.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to translate customer requirements into products or services.
Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
Multitasking across multiple tasks at once.
Strong attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver’s license may be required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Windows and related hardware/software.
Flexibility in working hours.
Notary Public certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing estimates/orders and other franchise services.
Interact with customers in person, via email, and by phone to determine needs.
Process sales through the point-of-sale system.
Upsell and cross-sell while participating in marketing initiatives.
Open/close center, cash register, and center systems.
Assist with inventory management and stocking.
Maintain center standards and assist with vendor interactions.
Sort and deposit mail and manage Virtual Mail tasks.
