Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store as needed.
• Accurately process customer transactions and returns per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Follow merchandising procedures and uphold standards on the sales floor.
• Prepare merchandise for sale and assist in stock replenishment.
• Participate in store recovery and maintenance throughout the day.
• Support safety policies and a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team and supervisors to meet goals.
