Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC seeks a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You’ll assist customers, handle transactions, and help keep the store stocked, clean, and safe.

You’ll also unload trucks and replenish stock while interacting professionally with customers and team members. The role emphasizes strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail or service industries preferred.
• Able to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking and standing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks.
• Stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe, respectful environment and neat areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
