Qualifications

• Minimum; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and maintain register security.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe environment throughout the store.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Provide professional, friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Follow instructions and perform other duties as assigned.
