Responsibilities

• Verifies order information accuracy; identifies and corrects discrepancies.
• Completes documentation and processes cash balances, deliveries, and sales orders per guidelines.
• Provides customer service support by answering phones, managing counter inquiries, and processing payments.
• Completes credit applications, payments and financing paperwork.
• Communicates with internal and external staff professionally and in a timely manner.
• Maintains accurate files and supports store staff to maximize productivity.
• Other duties as assigned.
