The role requires excellent customer service, a flexible schedule, strong communication, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Models established customer experience practices with customers.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising and store standards.
• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Supports store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Participates in safety and loss prevention programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
