Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a team member to assist customers, maintain store appearance, and support seamless checkout in Kissimmee, FL. You’ll help shoppers locate products, enroll customers in rewards and credit programs, and participate in omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Responsibilities include stock replenishment, truck unloading, and adherence to store policies. A friendly attitude and reliability are essential for this fast-paced retail role.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Responsible to complete merchandise recovery and maintenance incl. returns
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; promote a positive image
