Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience by ensuring accurate transactions and/or orders.
• Meets customers' needs, resolves problems independently, and escalates when necessary.
• Builds loyalty by ensuring a positive customer journey during the IKEA shopping experience.
• Builds emotional connections through empathetic customer interactions.
• Gives customers a smooth handout experience during Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO) and suggests services when appropriate.
• Handles returns smoothly while collecting data for follow-up.
