Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with multichannel customer journeys.
• Previous retail experience.
• Experience analyzing, planning and measuring performance.

Responsibilities

• Build a customer-centric culture by gathering feedback and providing insights for a simple, seamless end-to-end IKEA customer journey.
• Use data from the customer feedback tool to inform and educate the store team about customer experiences at each touchpoint.
• Provide customer insights and feedback around strengths, opportunities and follow up on improvement action plans.
• Support IKEA events such as customer workshops, co-worker engagement activities and community outreach.
• Integrate customer insight into key decision-making processes and present learnings at store meetings.
