Job summary

Dollar Tree in Dothan, AL is seeking a Customer Service Associate to assist customers with questions and recommendations, process sales at the register, and help maintain a safe, friendly shopping environment.

You will keep shelves stocked, unload shipments, restock merchandise, and ensure the store remains clean and presentable. A high school diploma or equivalent and previous retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail or service industry experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs and frequent walking/standing.

Responsibilities
