Job summary

Family Dollar in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help provide a great shopping experience. You'll assist customers, process sales at the register, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and organized.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and prior customer service; physical duties include lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and manual stocking. Part-time schedule with friendly, professional interactions expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Able to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Strong customer service and relationship skills.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the register.
• Maintain store security and protect assets.
