You will engage with customers, maintain a clean sales floor, and support store operations across departments as needed. In addition to strong communication and organizational skills, you'll adapt to a flexible schedule, participate in loyalty programs, and uphold loss prevention standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience and engage with all customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and follow procedures.
• Ring purchases/returns and handle cash per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Prepare merchandise for sales floor and support merchandising standards.
• Assist in store recovery and maintain cleanliness across the store.
• Support shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
