Chêne Gear is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to deliver an exceptional in-store experience and represent the brand across channels. You will welcome customers, guide product choices, and ensure smooth checkout and post-purchase support.

The role involves cross-training in customer support functions, collaborating with Retail, Warehouse, and Operations teams to uphold the premium Chêne experience and drive loyalty through authentic hospitality.

Qualifications

• Customer service or customer experience preferred
• Retail, ecommerce, or brand experience preferred
• Experience handling phone and email communication preferred
• Understanding customer experience trends and brand storytelling is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver unmatched customer service by fostering a customer-first culture in-store and across channels
• Provide knowledgeable product guidance and create a personalized shopping experience from entry to checkout
• Respond to orders, shipping, returns, exchanges, warranties, and brand questions via multiple channels
• Coordinate warranty claims, product servicing, and repairs with clear timelines and solutions
• Collaborate with Retail, Warehouse, and Operations teams to ensure consistent customer experience across touchpoints
• Identify process improvements to elevate the Chêne customer journey
