Chico’s in New Orleans is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to welcome customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service that reflects our hospitality culture.

You will support merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization while delivering a seamless omnichannel experience and promoting brand loyalty benefits. This regular/part-time role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a customer-centered experience reflecting our hospitality culture.
• Initiate authentic conversations to understand customer needs and provide personalized service.
• Create a seamless omnichannel experience using available tools.
