Job summary

What You'll Do:
  • Deliver Unmatched Customer Service - Foster a customer-first culture where service excellence is the foundation of every interaction.
  • Intake for Warranty & Service Excellence - Ensure seamless executionofproduct servicing, warranties, and repairs, building trust and loyalty with ourcustomers.
  • Support the Customer Experience Across All Communication Channels- Build trust and brand loyalty by providing responsive, knowledgeable, and customer-first support through phone and email interactions.
  • Cross-train within the retail store to support in-store customer experience needs as required.
