Job summary

Nordstrom Rack is seeking a team member to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will assist customers, operate POS systems, and help keep the sales floor organized and inviting.

The role involves working in Sales, Customer Service, Stock, and Fulfillment areas, with opportunities to participate in store-wide initiatives and Nordstrom Rewards programs. The position may require standing and moving throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to operate a POS system and handle transactions across platforms.
