Job summary

Nordstrom Rack is seeking a team member to thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering a quick and friendly customer experience while keeping the store clean and organized. You will assist customers at the register, support fitting rooms, and ensure merchandise is accurately stocked and labeled.

You’ll work with a team to keep the salesfloor runway-ready, engage with customers across in-store and online channels, and uphold asset protection standards while promoting Nordstrom Rewards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized salesfloor and stockrooms throughout the day.
• Assist customers at the register and across platforms with a friendly, seamless experience.
• Support fitting room service by greeting customers and returning items to the floor.
• Keep stockrooms organized and ensure items are checked in and properly ticketed.
• Demonstrate expertise with all store technologies and POS systems.
• Promote Nordstrom Rewards and other store initiatives.
